All cancellation requests should be sent as email to our billing department [email protected]. The cancellation will not be valid until it is confirmed by the respective department.
Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made within 2 hours of placing the order and execution of the order has not started already.
If you are cancelling a service you should clearly mention the reason while mailing. If its genuine we will process your refund instantly.
Refund will be credited to the same account through which you have made the payment. But it will take some time as per the bank.
